Hand Wash

Introduce our Glass Bottle and matching Fine Liquid Hand Wash Refill for your hand cleansing ritual. Instantly recognisable in its bespoke Boston Round shape and iconic lens, our exquisite bottle is made from 100% recyclable thick-cut glass with a durable, weighted base.

Body Polisher

Beyond its indulgent formula, an exfoliating salt scrub enriched with olive, coconut, and crambe oils, our Body Polisher is housed in a refillable jar. Once the product is finished, you can simply replace the inner pod, made from 95% recycled materials, and continue your ritual without discarding the outer jar. Various elements of the packaging— from pod to carton to foil lid—are designed to be recyclable, helping to provide a more circular packaging solution.

Recycled Materials in our Packaging

We believe it’s up to all of us to use more recycled materials wherever we can. That’s why, as part of our drive for positive luxury, we are trying to minimise our use of virgin materials.

We make all our 300ml bottles*** with 50% recycled plastic and are committed to introducing more recycled materials into other product packaging where possible.

Molton Brown believes that beauty, personal care and household products should be cruelty free. We are proud to be part of the Cruelty Free International Approval Programme. A global programme, it requires cruelty-free standards over and above legal requirements. All of our own brand cosmetic, personal care and household products are approved under the Cruelty Free International Approval Programme. We adhere to a fixed-cut-off date policy and proactively monitor our suppliers to ensure that our products continue to adhere to the Cruelty Free International Approval Programme criteria. In our Hertfordshire, England manufacturing facility 100% of our electricity supply is backed by renewable sources in the UK. We’re proud to control all our own Sourcing and most of our product Research & Development happens in Hertfordshire too.

Our In-Store Recycling Scheme

We launched our own recycling scheme across all selected stores in the UK and Ireland, so you’re able to not only recycle plastic bottles, but also our caps and pumps that local council recycling centres aren't able to recycle yet.* Here’s how we help to promote a circular economy – and the easy steps for you to get involved.

Step 1 Pop your empty Molton Brown bottles in the designated recycling bin in-store.

Step 2 We'll recycle each and every component, and transform them into plastic resin, which can be used for moulding new bottles, crafting shoes or building roads.

Step 3 Enjoy 10% off when you return one of our 300ml bottles (or bottles that add up to 300ml). We also offer a separate ‘Return & Recycle’ scheme in our outlet stores – this doesn’t include Step 3 above.** *With the exception of our Kildare outlet store which can only recycle the plastic bottles – not the caps and pumps. **T&Cs apply.
